  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 24 hours of your order and take 5 to 8 business days to reach your doorstep.  


  1. What's your return policy?

At RedRiver Depot, we understand that choosing the perfect furniture for your home is an important decision. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind. To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging in which it was delivered


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes, orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle, donate, or enjoy it.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.
